Around the world, leaders of the charge on climate issues already recognize art’s incredible potential as a cultural rallying point and are taking advantage of the use of art to drive the energy transition. Africa must rise to the occasion and express its rich culture.
Art4climate, a flagship project of JET Africa, leads the charge for Africa’s reorientation to sustainability. The project aims to harness artistic and cultural influences and, through them, facilitate the integration of sustainability, art, and eco-friendly standards into urban designs and processes.
Through Art4Climate, ICE-JET will partner with willing organizations to deliver messages towards environmental protection and climate change through the entertainment industry, as well as deliver projects that promote the utilization of waste materials for art. The project will also drive investments in art advocacy for audiences across Africa.
